From Our Desk to Yours

OASO pens are sold and shipped through Amazon, so delivery speed, tracking and costs follow the options you choose at checkout there. Here is how the journey usually goes.

1. You place the order

   Pick the pen, color and delivery speed at checkout; the price and delivery estimate shown there are final.

2. It leaves the warehouse

   Most orders ship within one to two days from a fulfillment center in the United States.

3. Tracking starts

   You get a tracking link by email and in your orders page as soon as the parcel moves.

4. It lands on your desk

   Most US deliveries arrive within two to five days, sooner with faster shipping options.

If a parcel seems lost, check the tracking first, then leave us a note with the order date.
